How To Order
Ordering from us is easy! If you need a standard size, simply select that size from the products drop down menu, add it to your shopping cart, and continue the normal checkout procedure or call us and we can take the order right over the phone.
If you need a size that is not "standard," follow these steps: (including cut corner and radius)
Step 1: Choose the category that the width of your mattress falls under (on the product specific page)
Each mattress has the following choices in the drop down menu:
1."Custom Under 38" Width
2."Custom 39"-54" Width
3."Custom 55"-60" Width
4."Custom 61"-76" Width
example: If your mattress is 57" wide and 75" long, you would choose option #3: "Custom 55"-60" Width because the width of 57" falls in that category.
Step 2: Click "Add to Cart"
This will take you to your shopping cart
Step 3: Enter Your Custom Dimensions
In the bottom left section of the shopping cart, there is an area that says "Enter your custom dimensions below"
This is where all custom size information belongs!
Use the following format: Please always specify in inches!
Length: xx"
Width: xx"
Note: If you do not have a radius or cut corner, skip to step 4 now
If you have a cut corner or radius corner use the following format.
For Cut Corner: You must indicate the dimensions of 4 sides (see diagram 1) and tell us which corner to cut (see diagram 2)
Include the following information in the "Enter your custom dimensions below" section:
Short Length:
Long Length:
Short Width:
Long Width:
Corner to cut: (see diagram 2)
For Radius Corner: You must indicate the size of your mattress, the radius of the corner, and tell us which corner to cut (see diagram 2)
Include the following information in the "Enter your custom dimensions below" section:
Long Length:
Long Width:
Radius: (if you do not know how to measure this please contact us!)
Corner to cut: (see diagram 2)
Step 4: Click the "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen
From there you can enter your payment and shipping information.
